Auburn's Local, Honest HVAC Company

Auburn isn't the valley floor and it isn't Tahoe — it's the foothills, with 100°F summers, freezing winter nights, hard water, attic heat, and wildfire smoke that rolls through the canyons. Comfort here takes a company that actually understands foothill homes, from Old Town's duct-free Victorians to view-lot subdivisions and rural propane properties.

That's the company we set out to be: locally owned and operated, staffed by technicians who diagnose the real problem instead of guessing from the age of your unit, and who give you written options so you decide with facts — not pressure. Whether it's a same-day AC repair or a whole-home heat pump, we do the job the way we'd want it done in our own homes.

We keep the whole system honest: a real diagnosis before any recommendation, ACCA Manual J sizing on every install instead of matching the old tonnage, permits pulled and California 2025 Title 24 met, and a written repair-versus-replace comparison whenever replacement is on the table. When a system fails, you get straight answers on what broke, what it takes to fix it, and what it will cost — before anyone touches a tool.
